Michelle Berriedale-Johnson has written over 20 books, all food related and covering a diverse range of food related topics: The British Museum Cookbook, Pepys at Table, Sainsbury’s 100 Quick Meals, The Food Repair Handbook, Cooking for Diabetics, Diets for High Blood Pressure, Wheat and Dairy Free Cooking and An Introductory Guide to Food Allergy for Professional Chefs, to mention just a few.
She has devised over 1,000 free-from recipes, continues to edit the FoodsMatter family of websites and to run the FreeFrom Food Awards which she founded, and to write a blog.
